Refund Policy
Cancellation in written notice more than 24 hours before the tour begins will be given an opportunity to reschedule or given a 50% refund.
Cancellations within 24 hours or not showing up to an experience cannot be refunded due to costs spent of behalf of the supplier
For all private event space bookings, including site buyouts, and any arrangements not included in our standard tours:
- – A minimum of 7 days’ notice is required to request a refund.
- – Refunds will only be processed for cancellations made at least 7 days before the scheduled event.
- – Bookings or arrangements made outside the scope of agreed-upon tours or packages are also subject to this 7-day cancellation policy.
- – Cancellations with less than 7 days’ notice are non-refundable.
Any cancellations due to the operator will be either rescheduled if possible or refunded 100%.
